By accessing or using the MOJOWAY website (mojowaylife.com) and purchasing or using our products and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MOJOWAY provides digital self-discovery tools and personalized insights through the following products:

Core Report

A comprehensive 20+ page personalized PDF report based on your responses to our questionnaire, covering your unique Jungian personality archetype The Archetype Spectrum.

The Archetype Spectrum Monthly / Annual Subscription

Daily email insights, monthly interpretations, energy calendars, quarterly reviews (Annual plan only), and year-end annual recaps (Annual plan only).

All products are delivered digitally via email download or online access. No physical items are shipped.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Rui Ze Business Consulting Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the purchased materials without prior written consent.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
Taxes: Applicable taxes (including VAT/GST where required) will be calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month. Annual subscriptions renew annually. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings.
Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment card details.
Failed Payment: If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If multiple attempts fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all one-time purchases (Core Report) and new subscriptions (The Archetype Spectrum Monthly/Annual). For details, please see our full Refund Policy .

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any purchased content
Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its infrastructure
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in the place where the Company is registered (China).

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy , constitute the entire agreement between you and MOJOWAY regarding your use of our Services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
